Who we are

CART CLB is a chicken over rice shop opening in Sheffield. We’re responsible for the information you give us. Questions about your data: email cartclb@gmail.com.

The waiting list

If you join our waiting list, we keep your email address so we can tell you when we open. We’ll send you a confirmation when you join and an email when we open. We won’t sell your address or use it for anything else.

We do this because you’ve asked us to (your consent). You can change your mind any time: use the unsubscribe link in our emails, or email us and we’ll remove you.

We keep your address until six months after we open, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Who helps us

• Resend sends our emails and stores the waiting list for us, in its EU (Ireland) region.
• Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes technical details such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

They only use your information to provide their service to us.

Cookies

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is for people testing the site before we open, so they stay signed in to the preview.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email cartclb@gmail.com.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.

Changes

When we open and start taking orders and running CLB Club, we’ll update this policy to cover them, and show the date at the top.
